'Navigating Your Career' has become our method statement for all our candidates to whom we provide a consultancy service with industry advice and impartial sincere careers guidance on a nationwide basis.
[For further information see Candidate Services]. Equally important are our Clients. For without Clients and Candidates we would have no service to provide.
[For further information see Employer Services]. Rachael Cunliffe
After starting her career on the trades and labour side of recruitment Rachael moved to Beresford Blake Thomas and initially managed a freelance engineering desk. During the time she was there she worked her way up to Section Manager having responsibility for Liverpool and the North West and proved her versatility by recruiting for the Private Practise, Consultancy, mainstream Construction and civil engineering sector of the industry.
Neil Fidler
Originally from an engineering background Neil moved into recruitment with Hays Montrose after completing a BSc (Hon's) Construction Management. After 2.5 years running a freelance engineering desk Neil moved to Beresford Blake Thomas in the capacity of a Senior Consultant responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment across Yorkshire.
After 5 years with Beresford Blake Thomas with responsibility for the Northern Region of the group Neil felt that it was time to get back to basics and do what he enjoyed most - recruiting. Endorsements:
